Nutrition & Healthy Eating

Most people think that eating healthy means bland boring foods, however we will prove that this is a myth and that eating healthy can mean eating delicious and simply prepared meals. The healthy eating seminars will provide you with a guide to which foods to incorporate into your daily breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks to give you the energy to get through your day and reach your weight loss goals.

In addition to teaching you about healthy food, our regular shopping tours (see below) will teach you all there is to know about reading nutrition labels on food packaging. This will assist you in making better informed choices when shopping to meet your dietary needs.

Our food psychology and self development seminars have been designed to support your weight loss and healthy lifestyle regime and help you find the right motivation to lose weight for life. We will look at various techniques that will assist you to;

Exercise & Fitness Seminar 

These seminars are designed to describe in layman’s terms what your body needs in order to reach a healthy weight, incorporate exercise into a busy schedule, and create your own home gym regardless of your budget.

Once you have completed these seminars you will know and understand your own target heart rate zones for maximum fat burning, aerobic, and anaerobic exercise, plus how to prevent and manage injuries, maximise your work outs and minimise your training time.

Cooking Class
 
Everything we learn in the healthy eating seminars we put into practice with our cooking classes, creating quick, easy, nutritious meals that you can take and incorporate into your home environment. These classes have been specifically designed to prepare meals with as little fuss as possible so that anyone can do it, no Jamie Oliver’s required here!

Restaurant & Shopping Tours

These seminars/tours will provide you with hands on experience of what to look for when out shopping for your new healthy lifestyle or when you are socialising with friends and family.

Once you have completed these you will be able to browse through shopping isles or restaurant menus with confidence and immediately be able to identify what you should be wary of, or enjoy more of.
