Fitness in the Fresh Air

Even though our purpose built facility has everything we need in order to help you lose weight in one private location, we know that there is nothing quite like being outdoors in the beautiful fresh air and surrounds that Sydney provides.

Day excursions are included in all of our full time programs. They are a great way to enjoy nature whilst we continue to burn calories and achieve your weight loss goals.

Exercising does not have to be boring or inside four walls in a gym.

We will take you to some of Sydney’s best locations and show you how you can exercise on your own in every-day situations. Each week we will take you to parkland's and beaches, or go bush walking in the Blue Mountains.
