Aerobic

Treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers, rowing machines, boxing circuits and outdoor fitness to improve your cardiovascular health and burn calories.

Resistance/Weights

Weights and resistance bands to increase your metabolism, improve functional strength and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

Aquatics

A hydrotherapy heated pool which enables you to exercise in a weightless environment, providing less stress on your joints.

NuYu Outdoor Fitness

Even though our facility has everything we need in order to help you lose weight, gain fitness and improve your health, we know that there is nothing quite like being outdoors in the beautiful fresh air and surrounds that Sydney provides.

Day excursions are included in all of our full time programs. They are a great way to enjoy nature whilst we continue to burn calories and achieve your weight loss goals.

Exercising does not have to be boring or inside four walls in a gym.

We will take you to some of Sydney’s best locations and show you how you can exercise on your own in every-day situations. Each week we will take you to parklands and beaches, or go bush walking in the Blue Mountains.
