In order to assist and support as many people as possible achieve amazing results, NuYu has developed additional programs that aim to motivate and ensure long term weight loss success. Losing weight on any program is easy, the real challenge is being able to maintain the changes and implement these into the home environment for the long term.


NuYu Membership – NuYu 4 Life

Once clients have completed a full-time NuYu program they can choose to join one of our comprehensive and on-going membership programs depending upon their individual needs.

Regardless of the membership level selected, all past clients receive NuYu monthly newsletters, weekly focus emails and private invitations to special offers only available to program graduates.

NuYu 4 Life membership involves a range of additional support to choose from; ranging from basic weekly email contact right through to a customised at-home coaching program that might include phone and email support, video conferencing, newsletters, weekly focus emails, personalised exercise plans and programs, personalised food/meal plans and much more, there is guaranteed to be a plan that’s right for everyone.


Other programs that NuYu offers to program graduates include;

Refresh – A weekend program to kick-start each New Year in the best possible way. This program is a fun and exciting chance for past clients and friends to get together again, share stories and plan for a successful year ahead. Filled with tonnes of group activities, these weekend programs are not to be missed.

ReBoot – A weekend program to beat the winter blues and stay on track throughout the year to achieve all of their health and fitness goals. This weekend program is all about having fun, catching up with NuYu friends and workshopping practical strategies that will ensure everyones ongoing success. Filled with tonnes of group activities, these weekend programs are not to be missed.

ReJuvinate – A healthy holiday program like no other. A chance for graduates to reconnect with each other and experience healthy living life in a far away place. In addition to being a healthy holiday escape these programs are designed to truly transform people and offer experiences of a lifestime. Fear – A weekend program looking at how fear underpins all of our decision making processes, often stopping us from leaving our comfort zones and achieving greatness. Program participants learn how to harness their fears and use this energy in a positive way so that success is guaranteed.

Boost – Boost is a 1-week program for graduates that need a break away from the normal routine to kick along their health journey, anytime throughout the year. Boost is a 1-week course that concentrates on fitness and the most relevant information workshops and course information.

Band NuYu - A weekend program designed to bring weight loss surgery clients together as a support group and in doing so teach them how to exercise and eat correctly for good health, highlighting which healthy (and how to) lifestyle habits must be adopted in order to achieve long term success.
