A Typical Day

NuYu Tai Chi
Our weight loss programs are run on a full-time basis, 6 days of the week, where Sunday is a nominated rest day and free time for program participants.

Whilst our facilities have everything we need, we do aim to spend at least one day of the week out and about (either at a beach, bush walking or local parklands) in some of Sydney’s finest surrounds.

Everyday is different and our program schedules are always changing to keep it fresh and exciting for participants. The following timetable is an example of a typical day on the NuYu program.

NuYu Daily Program
8.15am Taoist energy breathing & Tai Chi
8:30am Exercise session in the gym or outdoors
10:30am Healthy morning tea
11.00am SEMINAR : Food psychology, motivation, fitness, nutrition, relaxation, self development, shopping tour
12:30pm A nutritious lunch
1:15pm Exercise session in the gym & or pool aqua aerobics session
3:30pm Healthy afternoon tea and debrief
4:00pm You can expect to finish each day by approximately 4pm

Clients who choose to stay for one of our Full Retreat experiences can also expect

  • 7:30am - Breakfast
  • 6:30pm - Dinner
  • 7:00pm - Free Time
