A Typical Day
Our weight loss programs are run on a full-time basis, 6 days of the week, where Sunday is a nominated rest day and free time for program participants.
Whilst our facilities have everything we need, we do aim to spend at least one day of the week out and about (either at a beach, bush walking or local parklands).
Everyday is different and our program schedules are always changing to keep it fresh and exciting for participants. The following timetable is an example of a typical day on the NuYu program.

| 11.00am | SEMINAR : Food psychology, motivation, fitness, nutrition, relaxation, self development, shopping tour, cooking class/demo |
| 1:00pm | A nutritious lunch |
| 2:00pm | Afternoon exercise session (Games, gym work or pool aqua aerobics sessions) |
| 4.00pm | Healthy afternoon tea and debrief |
| 4:30pm | Evening optional classes (Games, spin classes, roller rehab, boxing) |
| 6:45pm | Healthy dinner |
| 7:30pm | Free time |
** NuYu offers both Day Stay and Full Retreat package options. Day Stay programs include all of the daily activities as described above, Full Retreat packages also include a selection of quality on-site accomodation
