Losing and maintaining a healthy weight requires a complete lifestyle approach

The NuYu weight loss retreat program has been specifically designed to assist clients achieve long-term weight loss and improved health.
Programs run for 2, 4 or 6 weeks in a full-time environment, 6 days of the week.
With over 35 hours of face-to-face contact with our program trainers/educators each client will experience the most targeted, comprehensive and enjoyable weight loss and lifestyle program in Australia.

NuYu Philosophy
The only difference between a healthy person and an unhealthy person is the beliefs and habits (or daily rituals) each person has in relation to food, exercise and general lifestyle.
Losing weight is not about being super intelligent, knowing all of the technical facts or being a super star athlete; it’s about doing small simple things that improve your health rather than detract from it on a regular basis. If done consistently these small things will lead to life long success.

2-Week (12 day) Program
The 2-week program is a fantastic place to kick start your new health regime. It has been designed for those who cannot afford too much time away from work and family but are serious about making lifestyle changes for successful weight management and improved health. This program will provide you with the necessary tools to return home and continue losing weight long term.
4-Week Program
Research shows that the average person takes between 21 to 28 days to change their habits. With this in mind, our 4-week program has been specifically designed for those who are serious about making the necessary long-term lifestyle changes required for weight loss and optimum health. This program focuses on breaking your old self-sabotaging habits and forming healthy new ones and providing you with all of the tools necessary for long term weight loss and healthy living.
6-Week Program
If you are looking for the ultimate life changing health experience then our 6-week program is for you. Not only will you break your old bad habits and form healthy new ones, you will firmly cement your new healthy lifestyle regime into your subconscious mind, ensuring that you can achieve significant long-term health benefits.
