These fitness programs have been written by some of Australia's most experienced and highly qualified bootcamp and fitness specialists promising to offer you the Ultimate Fitness Retreat programs available anywhere in Australia.
Programs run for either 1 week (5 nights) or 2 weeks (12 nights) and each day will vary to keep you on your toes and excited for the entire duration of the program. Activities will be run anywhere and everywhere depending upon the day; From outdoors sessions in parklands, beaches, nature trails, road runs/rides, to gym and pool workouts all in amazing locations and facilities.
