Gymnasium & Day Complex
The NuYu Weight Loss Retreat day complex has been purpose built by us for the sole purpose of our unique weight loss programs.

These facilities are completely private and are not open to the public, therefore the only people using our equipment within the complex will be other NuYu program participants who, just like you, are all here for exactly the same weight loss and health reasons.

Our day complex consists of:

• Large private gymnasium (complete range of the latest cardiovascular and resistance training equipment)
• Private indoor heated hydrotherapy pool
• Open games area
• Onsite cooking facilities
• Large air-conditioned seminar room
• Male & female amenities including separate showers and change rooms
• Ample parking for local commuters
